Pubali Bank Limited built the PI Banking app as a Free app. This app is provided by Pubali Bank Limited at no cost and is intended for use as is. While installing the application from Google Play Store you see a green "Install" button on the app, which means that the app is free.
2. What personal information do we collect from the people who use PI Banking app?
When registering on the app, customer mobiles device ID and Advertising ID is stored in Pubali Bank server to identify customer uniquely.

We collect information from you when you register on the PI Banking app.

We use this information to identify the customer device uniquely and to make sure no other device can use the same account at the same time.
5. What permissions we use and why?
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information as contact list, camera, storage, location, internet. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy as follows:
5.1 Why we do read contact list?
Contact permission to make user friendly user interface for Recharge, Fund Transfer to MFS, Forgot User ID, Forgot User Password, Self Registration where user can select his desired contact number from contact list instead of manually enter.
5.2 Why we do use camera?
App requires permission to access your camera when it needs in uploading profile picture, sacning QR Code in Merchant Payment and Cash by QR.
5.3 Why we do we read external storage permission?
App requires storage permission, if user want to save Fund Transfer Voucher, Mobile Recharge Voucher, Bill Payment Voucher and others voucher to write in external storage.
5.4 Why we do use location?
The app requires location permission in allowing applications to access precise location. It is optional, depend on the user's mind.
5.5 Why do we use basic internet access?
Our app required Internet permission as our app communicate with PI Banking server through internet.
6. Do we use cookies?
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.
7. Third-party disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. We do proper measures to secure your information.
